การประชุมเตรียมการสำหรับการประชุมระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมหลอกลวงทางอินเทอร์เน็ต (online scams)
เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายเชษฐพันธ์ มากสัมพันธ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมการสำหรับการประชุมระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมหลอกลวงทางอินเทอร์เน็ต (online scams) โดยมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มีภารกิจเกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันและปราบปราม online scams เข้าร่วมเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย การดำเนินงานและความท้าทาย รวมถึงความร่วมมือ
ระหว่างประเทศในการต่อต้าน online scams
การประชุมระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมหลอกลวงทางอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นการดำเนินการตามคำประกาศของนายกรัฐมนตรีในการประชุมสุดยอดอาเซียนครั้งที่ 47 และการประชุมสุดยอดที่เกี่ยวข้องว่า ไทยจะเสนอเป็นเจ้าภาพการประชุมดังกล่าว โดยไทยจะจัดการประชุมฯ ในเดือนธันวาคม 2568 ที่กรุงเทพฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างการสอดประสานความความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา online scams และรักษาพลวัตของความพยายามในการแก้ไขปัญหาในกรอบความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง
On 14 November 2025, Mr. Chettaphan Maksamphan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, chaired the preparatory meeting for the International Conference on Global Partnership against Online Scams, attended by representatives from government agencies responsible for preventing and combating online scams. The meeting exchanged information on relevant policies, efforts and challenges, as well as international cooperation in tackling online scams.
The International Conference on Global Partnership against Online Scams is organized in line with the well received proposal made by the Prime Minister of Thailand during the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Kuala Lumpur for Thailand to host an international conference on combating online scams. The said conference will be held in December 2025 in Bangkok with the aim of strengthening a coordinated response at the global level to tackle online scams and maintaining the momentum of the efforts made in fighting online scams under the relevant international frameworks.
