การต่างประเทศเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรี ครั้งที่ 6/2568
เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2568 กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรี ครั้งที่ 6/2568 ณ วิเทศสโมสร โดยมีพลตำรวจตรี สุรสิทธิ์ สังขพงศ์ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานการประชุมหลัก และนายรัศม์ ชาลีจันทร์ และ ดร. ลาลีวรรณ กาญจนจารี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นประธานการประชุมร่วม และมีกรรมการผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีจากกระทรวงต่าง ๆ เข้าร่วม เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือในการผลักดันนโยบายของรัฐบาลอย่างมีบูรณาการ
นายมาริษ เสงี่ยมพงษ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กล่าวต้อนรับโดยย้ำแนวนโยบายต่างประเทศของไทยที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการทูตเชิงรุกที่ส่งเสริมผลประโยชน์ของประเทศและประชาชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ภายใต้บริบทระหว่างประเทศปัจจุบันที่มีพลวัตสูง ขณะที่ที่ประชุมได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการสื่อสารต่อสาธารณชนและประชาคมระหว่างประเทศกรณีสถานการณ์ไทย – กัมพูชา อย่างมียุทธศาสตร์บนพื้นฐานของข้อเท็จจริง โดยผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงต่าง ๆ มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อหาท่าทีและการสื่อสารที่เป็นเอกภาพร่วมกัน
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้รับทราบบทบาท ภารกิจ และผลการดำเนินงานสำคัญของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศใน 3 มิติ ได้แก่ การทูตเชิงรุก การทูตเศรษฐกิจเชิงรุก และการทูตเพื่อประชาชน
On 22 August 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the 6th Meeting of the Committee of Vice Ministers in 2025 at Vithes Samosorn. The meeting was co-chaired by Police Major General Surasit Sangkapong, Vice Minister of the Office of the Prime Minister, together with H.E. Mr. Russ Jalichandra, and H.E. Mrs. Lalivan Karnchanachari, Vice Ministers for Foreign Affairs. Also in attendance were Vice Ministers from various ministries, with the meeting providing a platform for discussion on how to achieve a whole-of-government approach to policy implementation.
H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered welcoming remarks reiterating Thailand’s foreign policy which places importance on proactive diplomacy that concretely promotes the tangible benefits for the country and the Thai people, amidst current global dynamism. The meeting discussed how government agencies can strategically communicate with the general public and the international community on the Thailand –
Cambodia situation as one voice and based on facts. The Vice Ministers have a vital role in coordinating across government agencies to ensure a unified position and message.
In addition, the meeting was informed of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ missions and key achievements in three areas, namely proactive diplomacy, proactive economic diplomacy and people-centred diplomacy.
