งานเทศกาลดนตรีนานาชาติ March Music Festival ครั้งที่ 62 ซึ่งนาง Iliyana Yotova
เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2566 เอกอัครราชทูต ดาว วิบูลย์พานิช ได้เดินทางเยือนเมืองRuse สาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรีย ตามคำเชิญของนาย Pencho Milkov นายกเทศมนตรีเมือง Ruse โดยเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้พบหารือกับผู้บริหารเทศบาลเมือง Ruse ร่วมกับคณะทูตานุทูตที่มีเขตอาณาครอบคลุมสาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรีย และได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงานเทศกาลดนตรีนานาชาติ March Music Festival ครั้งที่ 62 ซึ่งนาง Iliyana Yotova รองประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรีย ให้เกียรติกล่าวเปิดงาน ภายในงานยังมีผู้แทนระดับสูงของสาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรีย อาทิ นาย Nayden Todorov รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม และผู้แทนพรรคการเมืองท้องถิ่นเข้าร่วมงานด้วย
เมือง Ruse เป็นเมืองที่มีขนาดใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่ 5 ของบัลแกเรีย ตั้งอยู่ทางตอนเหนือติดกับโรมาเนียและเป็นเมืองที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดของบัลแกเรียที่ตั้งอยู่ติดชายฝั่งแม่น้ำดานูบ นอกจากนี้ Ruse ยังเป็นเมืองที่มีความสำคัญในด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และโลจิสติกส์ของบัลแกเรีย อีกทั้งยังได้ชื่อว่าเป็นเมืองหลวงทางวัฒนธรรมของบัลแกเรียและมีอาคารเก่าแก่กว่า 200 แห่งที่ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นมรดกทางสถาปัตยกรรมและทางประวัติศาสตร์
On 16 March 2023, Ambassador Dao Vibulpanich, together with a group of Ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Bulgaria had a meeting with executives of the Municipality of Ruse at the invitation of Mr. Pencho Milkov, Mayor of Ruse. After the meeting, the Ambassador attended the opening ceremony of the 62th March Music Festival 🎶🎵which was presided over by H.E. Mrs. Iliyana Yotova, Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria. The opening ceremony was also joined by H.E. Mr. Nayden Todorov, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria, and representatives from the local political parties.
Ruse is the 5th largest city in Bulgaria situated in the northern part of the country bordering Romania. It is the largest city in Bulgaria which is located on the bank of the Danube river. Ruse is an important city in the fields of automotive and logistics industries as well as the field of culture. It is named “Capital of Culture” of Bulgaria with more than 200 buildings listed as architectural and historical heritage.
