กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในหัวข้อ “Development Models Amid Global Transformations” ในเวที ASEAN Future Forum (AFF) ครั้งที่ 3 ณ กรุงฮานอย เวียดนาม
เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2569 นายศรัณย์ เจริญสุวรรณ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นผู้แทนรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ร่วมกล่าวถ้อยแถลงในหัวข้อ “Development Models Amid Global Transformations” ในเวที ASEAN Future Forum (AFF) ครั้งที่ 3 ณ กรุงฮานอย เวียดนาม
ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ นำเสนอมุมมองของไทยว่า อาเซียนจำเป็นต้องปรับแนวทางด้านการพัฒนาให้สอดรับกับภูมิทัศน์ทางการเมืองและเศรษฐกิจโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผ่านการให้ความสำคัญใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การเสริมสร้างความยืดหยุ่นทางเศรษฐกิจ การส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับอนาคต และการพัฒนาหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือรูปแบบใหม่ที่เปิดกว้างและหลากหลาย เพื่อให้อาเซียนสามารถรักษาการเจริญเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภูมิภาค รวมถึงสร้างโอกาสและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีแก่ประชาชนอย่างครอบคลุม
ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ ยังพบหารือกับนาง Mari Pangestu ผู้แทนพิเศษของประธานาธิบดีอินโดนีเซียด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศและความร่วมมือพหุภาคี โดยหารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือข้ามเสาหลักของอาเซียน อีกทั้งพบหารือกับนาง Michale Chan รองปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศออสเตรเลีย โดยแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการสำคัญในภูมิภาค
On 10 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, represented the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs to deliver remarks at the Plenary Session on “Development Models Amid Global Transformations” of the 3rd ASEAN Future Forum (AFF) in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
The Vice Foreign Minister presented Thailand’s perspective that ASEAN must adapt its development model in response to the evolving global political and economic landscape by focusing on three strategic priorities, namely strengthening economic resilience, promoting innovation and future readiness, as well as developing new forms of partnerships that are open and diversified. This would enable ASEAN to sustain growth, enhance the region’s competitiveness, and improve the livelihoods and opportunities of the peoples in the region in an inclusive manner.
The Vice Foreign Minister also held discussions with Ms. Mari Pangestu, Special Envoy of the President of Indonesia for International Trade and Multilateral Cooperation, to discuss ways of promoting cross-pillar cooperation within ASEAN, and with Ms. Michale Chan, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia, to exchange views on key developments in the region.
