การประชุมประจำปีองค์การที่ปรึกษากฎหมายแห่งเอเชียและแอฟริกา (Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization: AALCO) สมัยที่ 62
<span;>เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2568 นายทรงชัย ชัยปฏิยุทธ รองอธิบดีกรมสนธิสัญญาและกฎหมาย เป็นผู้แทนไทยในฐานะประธานการประชุมประจำปีองค์การที่ปรึกษากฎหมายแห่งเอเชียและแอฟริกา (Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization: AALCO) สมัยที่ 62 ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมประจำปี AALCO สมัยที่ 63 และส่งมอบตำแหน่งประธานการประชุมครั้งที่ 63 ให้แก่สาธารณรัฐยูกันดา
<span;>ระหว่างการประชุม ดร.กมลินทร์ พินิจภูวดล ผู้สมัครจากไทย ได้รับการเลือกตั้งซ้ำให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเลขาธิการ AALCO เป็นวาระที่ 2 (วาระปี 2569-2572) ซึ่งเป็นการยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นของไทยในการพัฒนากฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ และสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการเป็นที่ยอมรับของนักกฎหมายไทยในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ
<span;>On 8 September 2025, Mr. Songchai Chaipatayut, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs, represented Thailand at the 63rd Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO). As President of the 62nd Session, he officially handed over the presidency to the Republic of Uganda.
<span;>During the session, Dr. Kamalinne Pinitipuvadol, Thailand’s nominee, was re-elected as the Secretary-General of AALCO for a second term (2026–2029). His reappointment reflects Thailand’s strong commitment to the development of international law and highlights the growing recognition and respect for Thai legal professionals within the international community.
