เปิดงาน The Colours of Africa 2025
เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2568 นายดุสิต เมนะพันธุ์ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน The Colours of Africa ร่วมกับคณะเอกอัครราชทูตแอฟริกาประจำประเทศไทย และกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์แอฟริกาประจำประเทศไทย โดยมีภาคเอกชนร่วมสนับสนุนการจัดงาน ประกอบด้วย สายการบินเคนยาแอร์เวย์ สายการบินเอธิโอเปียนแอร์ไลน์ และบริษัท ปตท. สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) รวมถึงมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องและสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วมด้วย บริเวณ Central Court ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์
งานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ เปิดโลกทัศน์และมุมมองใหม่เกี่ยวกับแอฟริกา ตลอดจนส่งเสริมให้สาธารณชนไทยและเยาวชนไทยมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในภูมิภาคแอฟริกาอย่างถูกต้อง ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างประชาชนไทยและประชาชนชาวแอฟริกา รวมทั้งส่งเสริมผลประโยชน์และความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับแอฟริกาให้มีความยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป ในปีนี้ ผู้สนใจสามารถเข้าร่วมชมงานได้ระหว่างวันที่ 8 – 9 กันยายน 2568 ระหว่างเวลา 10.00 – 20.00 น. ณ บริเวณ Central Court ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ และสามารถติดตามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ทางเว็บไซต์ sameaf.mfa.go.th และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของกระทรวงฯ
กิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ ได้แก่ การขับร้องประสานเสียงเพลงเกี่ยวกับภูมิภาคแอฟริกา โดยคณะนักร้องประสานเสียงเยาวชนระดับมัธยมต้น การแสดงแฟชั่นโชว์ชุดประจำชาติแอฟริกา การออกคูหาของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตแอฟริกาประจำประเทศไทย สถานกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์แอฟริกาประจำประเทศไทย สายการบินแอฟริกาที่มีบริการเที่ยวบินมายังประเทศไทย และร้านจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องดื่มแอฟริกา การแสดงดนตรีและวัฒนธรรมของแอฟริกา การสาธิตการทำอาหารและขนม การแข่งขันกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาอังกฤษเกี่ยวกับภูมิภาคแอฟริกา ในหัวข้อ “Africa: the land of great culture and wonderful nature” การแข่งขันตอบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับภูมิภาคแอฟริกา และการจัดแสดงภาพวาดในหัวข้อ “Africa in my impression” ที่ชนะการแข่งขัน
On 8 September 2025, H.E. Mr. Dusit Manapan, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony of “The Colours of Africa 2025” together with African Ambassadors and Honorary Consuls to Thailand. The event received the generous support of the private sector, including Kenya Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, and PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, and was attended by representatives from the relevant government agencies and the media.
The event aimed to raise awareness, broaden perspectives, and provide new insights on Africa, while promoting accurate knowledge and understanding of the African region among the Thai public and youth. This will contribute to fostering mutual understanding between the people of Thailand and Africa, as well as advance sustainable benefits and cooperation between Thailand and Africa. nteresting activities include a choral performance of songs related to Africa by a youth choir of lower secondary school students, a fashion show of African national costumes, exhibition booths presented by African Embassies, African Honorary Consulates, African airlines operating flights to Thailand, and vendors offering African food and beverage products, African music and cultural performances, demonstrations of African cuisine and desserts, an English public speaking contest on the theme “Africa: the Land of Great Culture and Wonderful Nature,” a quiz competition on the African region and an exhibition of winning paintings under the theme “Africa in My Impression.”
In addition, the Ministry will also organize a Business Forum on business and investment opportunites on 22 September 2025. The seminar aims to promote trade and investment prospects in Africa by sharing experiences from Thai entrepreneurs who have successfully established business operations in the region.
