เข้าร่วมการประชุม Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) 2025 ณ เมือง Bled
เมื่อวันที่ 1 – 2 กันยายน 2568 นางครองขนิษฐ รักษ์เจริญ อธิบดีกรมยุโรป เข้าร่วมการประชุม Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) 2025 ณ เมือง Bled สาธารณรัฐสโลวีเนีย โดยในปีนี้เป็นโอกาสครบรอบ 20 ปีของการจัดการประชุมฯ
อธิบดีฯ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดการประชุมและร่วมเป็นผู้อภิปรายในหัวข้อ “Sustaining Peace in a Shifting Global Order” โดยได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นร่วมกับผู้แทนจากกาตาร์ เกาหลีใต้ สโลวีเนีย สหราชอาณาจักร และเยอรมนี เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสันติภาพและเสถียรภาพ ท่ามกลางบริบทโลกที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง อธิบดีฯ ได้เน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทที่สร้างสรรค์ของไทยในประชาคมโลก โดยเฉพาะการยึดมั่นในพหุภาคีนิยมบนพื้นฐานกฎกติกาและความเป็นแกนกลางของอาเซียน ซึ่งแม้จะเกิดสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชา ไทยก็มีความมุ่งมั่นในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยสันติวิธีและการเจรจาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยอาศัยกลไกทวิภาคีที่มีอยู่และตามหลักกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ อธิบดีฯ ยังเน้นย้ำถึงการดำเนินนโยบายการทูตเศรษฐกิจเชิงรุกของไทย ซึ่งมีความสำคัญต่อการส่งเสริมสันติภาพและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน รวมทั้งนโยบายของไทยในการดำเนินความสัมพันธ์อย่างสมดุลกับมหาอำนาจก็มีส่วนช่วยในการรักษาเสถียรภาพในระดับภูมิภาค ซึ่งส่งผลต่อเสถียรภาพของโลกด้วย
On 1 – 2 September 2025, Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, attended the Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) in Bled, Republic of Slovenia, which coincides with the 20th Anniversary of the forum.
The Director-General attended the Opening Ceremony and took part as a panelist in the session on “Sustaining Peace in a Shifting Global Order” where she exchanged views with fellow panelists from Qatar, Korea, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, and Germany on ways to advance peace and stability in the context of a rapidly changing global environment. The Director-General highlighted Thailand’s constructive role in the international community, with a strong commitment to rules-based multilateralism and ASEAN centrality. Despite the situation along the Thai – Cambodian border, Thailand reaffirmed its commitment to resolving the issue through peaceful means and constructive dialogue, making full use of existing mechanisms and international law.
In addition, the Director-General emphasized Thailand’s proactive economic diplomacy, which plays an important role in promoting peace and sustainable development, as well as Thailand’s strategic equilibrium approach in engaging with major powers as a contributing factor to the region, which in turn positively impacts global stability
