แสดงความขอบคุณกาตาร์ที่ดูแลคนไทย
เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2569 นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ หารือทางโทรศัพท์กับเชค มุฮัมมัด บิน อับดุรเราะฮ์มาน บิน ญาสซิม อาล ษานี นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศรัฐกาตาร์
รัฐมนตรีฯ แสดงความขอบคุณกาตาร์ที่ดูแลคนไทยที่พำนักอยู่ในกาตาร์และการอำนวยความสะดวกให้คนไทยเดินทางกลับประเทศไทยอย่างปลอดภัยท่ามกลางสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในภูมิภาค โดยฝ่ายกาตาร์เน้นย้ำว่ายินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือและดูแลคนไทยในกาตาร์อย่างเต็มความสามารถ
ทั้งสองฝ่ายแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นต่อพัฒนาการในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลาง โดยแสดงความห่วงกังวลต่อสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งและผลกระทบต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานของโลก และแสดงจุดยืนร่วมกันที่หวังให้สถานการณ์สิ้นสุดโดยเร็วผ่านการดำเนินการทางการทูต
On 28 March 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone conversation with H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
The Foreign Minister expressed appreciation to the Qatari side for ensuring the safety and well-being of Thai nationals in Qatar, as well as for facilitating their safe return to Thailand amid the ongoing regional tensions. The Qatari side reaffirmed its readiness to provide assistance and care to its fullest extent to Thai nationals in Qatar.
Both sides also exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, shared concern over the conflicts and repercussions on global supply chains, and expressed hope for a swift and peaceful resolution through diplomatic efforts.
