พิธีสาบานตนและรับมอบอาสาสมัครอเมริกัน (Peace Corps Volunteer: PCV) รุ่นที่ 137
เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2569 นายจุลวัจน์ นรินทรางกูร ณ อยุธยา อธิบดีกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ร่วมพิธีสาบานตนและรับมอบอาสาสมัครอเมริกัน (Peace Corps Volunteer: PCV) รุ่นที่ 137 จำนวน 66 คน โดยมี H.E. Mr. Sean Kotaro O’Neill เอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย และ Ms. Amini Kajunju ผู้อำนวยการหน่วยสันติภาพสหรัฐฯ ประเทศไทย เป็นประธาน
งานดังกล่าวเน้นย้ำถึงการเสริมสร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีระดับประชาชนของทั้งสองประเทศภายใต้โครงการเพื่อนครูเพื่อการพัฒนา (Teacher Empowerment for Student Success – TESS) ร่วมกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และโครงการสร้างเยาวชนเพื่อการพัฒนา (Youth in Development – YinD) ร่วมกับกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น
On 16 March 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), attended the swearing-in ceremony for the 66 Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs) of group 137, presided over by H.E. Mr. Sean Kotaro O’Neill, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, and Ms. Amini Kajunju, Country Director of Peace Corps Thailand.
The event highlighted the deepening of people-to-people ties between Thailand and the U.S. through volunteers under the Teacher Empowerment for Student Success (TESS) program in partnership with the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) and the Youth in Development (YinD) program, in collaboration with the Department of Local Administration (DLA).
