พบหารือกับนางเบอาเทอ ไมเนิล-ไรซิงเงอร์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกิจการยุโรปและการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐออสเตรีย
เมื่อวันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2569 นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ พบหารือกับนางเบอาเทอ ไมเนิล-ไรซิงเงอร์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกิจการยุโรปและการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐออสเตรีย ในห้วงการประชุมระดับโลกว่าด้วยการฉ้อโกง ณ กรุงเวียนนา
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ในตะวันออกกลาง การส่งเสริมระบอบพหุภาคีนิยม ความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับสหภาพยุโรป OECD และ OSCE ในฐานะที่ประเทศไทยเป็น Asian Partner for Co-operation รวมถึงการสนับสนุนบทบาทของออสเตรียกับอาเซียน และกรอบความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ โดยฝ่ายไทยยืนยันสนับสนุนบทบาทและความร่วมมือของออสเตรียต่ออาเซียน
นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ไทย – ออสเตรีย โดยแสดงความมุ่งมั่นที่จะกระชับความสัมพันธ์ให้ใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการยกระดับกลไกความร่วมมือด้านการเมือง การแลกเปลี่ยนเทคโนโลยี โดยเฉพาะพลังงานทางเลือก การพัฒนาคนและทักษะฝีมือแรงงาน และความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา
On 17 March 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with H.E. Ms. Beate Meinl-Reisinger, Federal Minister for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria, on the sidelines of the Global Fraud Summit in Vienna.
Both sides exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, the promotion of multilateralism, and cooperation between Thailand and the European Union, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), in light of Thailand’s role as an Asian Partner for Co-operation. They also discussed support for Austria’s role with ASEAN and other frameworks for interregional economic cooperation, with the Thai side reaffirming its support for Austria’s role and cooperation with ASEAN.
In addition, both sides discussed ways to further strengthen Thailand – Austria relations, expressing their commitment to deepening ties, including through enhancing political cooperation mechanisms, promoting technology exchange, particularly in alternative energy, advancing human resource development, as well as expanding cooperation in education.
