การประชุมรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศกรอบความร่วมมือแม่โขง – ล้านช้าง ครั้งที่ 10 ณ เมืองอันหนิง มณฑลยูนนาน
เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2568 นายมาริษ เสงี่ยมพงษ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้เข้าร่วมการหารืออย่างไม่เป็นทางการกับรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศจีน และกัมพูชา ในระหว่างการประชุมรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศกรอบความร่วมมือแม่โขง – ล้านช้าง ครั้งที่ 10 ณ เมืองอันหนิง มณฑลยูนนาน
รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้แสดงความขอบคุณต่อบทบาทที่สร้างสรรค์ของจีนในการสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างสันติระหว่างไทยกับกัมพูชา ผ่านกลไกทวิภาคีต่าง ๆ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากอาเซียน รวมถึงปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิงอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศยังได้เน้นย้ำถึงความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนของความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับกัมพูชาในการเก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดตามแนวชายแดน ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการลดความตึงเครียดและฟื้นฟูความปกติสุขในพื้นที่ชายแดน พร้อมขอบคุณนายหวัง อี้ สำหรับการสนับสนุนในประเด็นนี้ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะมีการหารือกันในที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค (RBC) ที่กำลังจะมีขึ้น อีกประเด็นสำคัญที่เห็นพ้องกันคือความสำคัญของการป้องกันความเข้าใจผิดและการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเท็จที่แพร่ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์
On 14 August 2025, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended an informal consultation “tea chat” among Foreign Ministers of China, Cambodia and Thailand, on the sidelines of the 10th MLC FM meeting in Anning, Yunnan, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China.
Foreign Minister Maris expressed Thailand’s appreciation for China’s constructive role in supporting the peaceful resolution between Thailand and Cambodia through bilateral mechanisms with the support of ASEAN, and the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire.
Foreign Minister Maris also reiterated the urgent need for Thailand-Cambodia cooperation on demining along the border, as an important step for reducing tension and restoring normalcy to the border areas. He thanked FM Wang Yi for his support towards an agreement on this issue which is expected to be discussed in the upcoming RBC. Another important issue agreed upon is the need to prevent misunderstanding and misinformation through social media.
