เมื่อวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2569 นายจุลวัจน์ นรินทรางกูร ณ อยุธยา อธิบดีกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ พบหารือกับ รศ.ดร. นภเรณู สัจจรักษ์ ธีระฐิติ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสภามหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และคณะ
ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมปี 2569 ภายใต้บันทึกความเข้าใจโครงการความร่วมมือ “MFA – MU Enhancing Thailand Capacity Building Hub” ระหว่างกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศกับมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ผ่านการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนผู้เชี่ยวชาญของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่างประเทศ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ของไทยและประเทศกำลังพัฒนาในภูมิภาค ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และสังคมศาสตร์ รวมถึงการมอบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ และการส่งทีมแพทย์ไปช่วยสอนการผ่าตัดในซามัวและตองกา
On 6 January 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), met with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Vice President for Global Partnerships and Member of the University Council of Mahidol University, and officials from Mahidol University.
Both sides discussed the implementation of activities in 2026 under the MoU on the “MFA – MU Enhancing Thailand Capacity Building Hub” project between TICA and Mahidol University. The program will focus on knowledge transfer and the exchange of experts between Mahidol University and international institutions in the fields of Health Sciences, Science and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences, with the aim of strengthening medical resource capacity in Thailand and developing countries in the region, particularly in the South Pacific, including Samoa and Tonga. This collaboration serves as an important mechanism in advancing Thailand’s medical diplomacy.
